WELCOME TO HAIDA LIQUOR STORE
We gratefully acknowledge that our store, located at 1496 Ryan Road East in Comox, operates on the traditional and unceded territory of the K’ómoks First Nation. With deep respect for the land, its history, and its people, we recognize the responsibility we carry as a local business to contribute meaningfully to the community we are part of.
At our core, we are more than just a liquor store—we are a community partner. Through ongoing initiatives and fundraising efforts, we are proud to support the local Comox Valley Indigenous Friendship Centre and the important work it does to uplift Indigenous youth, families, and culture. Every purchase becomes part of something bigger: a shared commitment to connection, respect, and positive impact.
SIP WITH RESPECT
This isn’t just a slogan—it’s a way of showing up for our community, every day.

Starting June 2026, we’re proud to launch our Monthly BC Wine Feature—highlighting a different local winery each month through to Summer 2027. We’ve carefully selected 12 of British Columbia’s top wineries for the year ahead, beginning with one of the most renowned names that helped put BC on the global wine map: Burrowing Owl Estate Winery.
Each feature is more than just a great bottle—it’s a chance to connect with the people, land, and stories behind BC wine (see our Blog for Junes feature).
As part of our commitment to community, $1 from every bottle sold of our featured wines will be contributed to the Friendship Centre Fund.
Our Feature Section is always evolving—bringing you a fresh selection of standout products each month at great value. From craft beers and BC wines to premium spirits, ciders, and coolers, we highlight a mix of customer favourites and new discoveries at discounted pricing.
We’re also proud to showcase specialty listing spirits from local BC distilleries, giving you a chance to explore unique, small-batch creations crafted locally.

The Comox Valley Indigenous Friendship Centre is an important local organization that provides essential programs, cultural connection, and wraparound support for Indigenous individuals and families living in the local region. From youth programs and wellness support to cultural teachings and community outreach, the Friendship Centre plays a vital role in strengthening both identity and wellbeing.
As a local business, we recognize the importance of giving back to the community. We are committed to contributing to the Friendship Centre. Take a look for ways in-store and through our on-going initiatives to help raise awareness, donations, and support for their ongoing work.
